Ron oversees daily operations, long term planning, business oversight and vision for the company.  He has been in commercial construction 37 years and has a B.A. in business/engineering from Cal Polytechnic University, Pomona.  As an ordained Deacon, he serves as chaplain and volunteer for the hospital, prison and senior homes.  He is passionate about skiing, cycling and traveling.

Scott is responsible as the qualifying agent for the many licenses across the country, our safety program, continuing education and select clients. Signature projects include Planet Hollywood, SimonMed Imaging, ProBuild Lumber, Kona Grill.  After attending Mt. San Antonio College, Scott has spent 36 years in commercial construction.  He is an avid pilot, skier, cyclist and certified ‘gear head’.

Susan oversees accounting and human resources departments; she has 30 years of accounting and finance and a B.S. in Managerial Accountancy from Northern Arizona University.  She enjoys travel and competitive duplicate bridge.

Mike is responsible for field superintendents, subcontractors, and project managers. Signature Projects include Victoria’s Secret flagship store, C2K Theater at the Venetian, Las Vegas,  A. Marek Fine Jewels.  Mike has a M.A. from Cal Polytechnic University, Pomona and 21 years in commercial construction. He is a competitive cyclist, avid skier and mountain climber.

Linda Martinez

Linda is responsible for client relationships, marketing and overseeing project coordinators.  She has a M.A. from Northern Arizona University. She enjoys being a community volunteer, serving on the Sedona Housing Commission and Northern Arizona Interfaith Council.  She also enjoys travel, hiking and skiing.

Mark Chilton

Mark is responsible for Project Management, Scheduling and Estimating.  He has 30 years in commercial construction and a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon.   Signature projects include JC Penney, Staples, World Market Center, LVMH, Saatchi & Saatchi, and L’Occitane.  Mark enjoys travel, local art walks, and cooking for his family.

Patti Spenrath

Patti is responsible for operations of RRAM, our facilities maintenance department. Her signature clients include Charles Schwab, Ben Bridge Jewelers, Christian Dior, JC Penney, Marshall’s, TJ Maxx.  Patti has 15 years in Commercial Construction including construction Project Management. She has a B.S from Brooklyn College and enjoys camping, hiking, reading and volunteering in church and community.
