This beautiful store was completed as an open store phased remodel in five phases; sections of the store were divided with temporary barricades to complete work which included fixtures, floors, ceiling and paint. The exiting oak fixtures are cabinet grade painted white to give the store a fresh contemporary look in combination with new free standing reclaimed wood shelves and black steel fixtures. Rod Harris and Bill Lopez managed subcontractor work on a 24 hour schedule. They maintained the schedule despite unexpected additional HVAC system permitting, plan review and added design ceiling wood cladding at the end of the project. This store features refinished wood flooring, new design studio ceiling, reclaimed wood barn doors and significant demolition to create an open showroom. Once again, Williams-Sonoma was very happy with the work of this team!
“Stunning. Thank you. All the hard work truly shows!”
